We have teams including mini co-ed touch rugby for under-6, under-8, under-10, and under-12; junior boys under 14, under-16, and under-18; junior girls under 14, under-16 and under-19 and a senior men’s program for those over 18 yrs old.

No need to try out. Just show up to practice, pay your dues and you’re good to go!
You must be registered with Rugby Canada to play in games which start in late May for senior men.
